Gold Creek Communications Facility

The Gold Creek facility is located about 4 miles south of Gold Creek, Montana on the south side of Interstate 90 and is on private land located at North 46-32-12.2 West 112-54-7.0 (NAD 27 Datum). The building sits at an elevation of 4,962 feet above sea level and has a single platform 50 foot tower. The building is a large 1,660 square feet and is constructed of cinder block and and has a solid concrete roof and support beams. Power is supplied by Northwestern Energy and 120/240 VAC power is available. Telephone service is also available at the site by Qwest. Snow in the winter may cause the need for a snow mobile or snowcat on limited occasions, but the road is open year round.
