The standard rental and lease
rates for all the facilities can be found on the Rate Sheet from the link
below. Rental rates are discounted based on the number of radios or microwave
dishes at the facility for any single user or entity. A user that has two
radios in the facilities receive a 15% discount off the published rates,
3 radios or microwave dishes receive 20% off, and 4 or more systems receive
the maximum 25%. Unique installations and long term leases can be negotiated.
Customers are cautioned that the listed rates do not include US Forest Service
or Bureau of Land Management permit fees that may be assesed by those agencies.
Users of the same category of permit fee will share equally the costs of
such fees. Only Gold Creek and North Hills does not have any permit fees.
Rental rates are tied to the Lease Agreement and have predictable rate increases
at each lease expiration date. Please look at the Standard Lease Agreement
on this site for explanations of such increases and terms.
