Great Falls Repeater and Site
The Great Falls repeater was
installed in June of 2019. It is located on a ridge north of Great Falls
called Black Horse. The site elevation is at 3,900 feet and has a 50 foot
tower. The UHF repeater consists of a Motorola SLR5700 repeater operating
at 50 watts. The repeater transmits and receives into a DB Products DB-408
antenna located at about 50 feet above ground. The repeater works in Great
Falls, Cascade, Dearborne and many other locations North and South along
I15. East and West from Simms to Raynesford. This repeater is permanently
linked to the BrandMeister DMR network. More information on the Digital
