Tesuque Peak Repeater and Site
The Tesuque Peak UHF repeater
is located at an elevation of 12,100 feet just north of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Coverage is excellent in almost all directions from I25 North and South
and I40 East and West. Mobile coverage in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Los Alamos,
Espanola, Las Vegas, Santa Rosa, Edgewood and much more in New Mexico. The
antenna is a Celwave PD-1151, omni-directional pattern, with 10db gain on
the tower at about 60 feet on the tower. The repeater is a Motorola MTR3000
Digital Mobile Radio(DMR). The site is difficult to get to in the winter,
with 8 feet of snow on the ground very common, so reliability is the goal.
More information about our Digital repeaters can be found on DMR Montana.
